mbam wont run, all posted fixes failed

I've downloaded and installed a lic version of mbam, but cannot run it. I get an access denial from Win. I'm also getting phantom browser nav's as described in several fixes for the fail to run issue. I've gone through each fix but none have been successful in allowing me to run mbam to get clean. Wut nex? Attach.txt DDS.txt
