  1. I am told after step 1, that "Windows cannot find 'combofix/unistall". Make sure that you typed the name correctly, and then try again. I did make sure that there was no space in between the words.
  2. To my knowledge yes, I have installed the anti-virus as well as Anti-Spyware.. Should there be anything else that I should be worried about?

  4. As far as I can tell, it is a little slow, but other than that, things are better. Is there anything else that I should do as a precautionary messure?

  10. I did the last step instructed, and I think that it was trying to restart, and for some time it sounded like it was trying too hard.. So, I turned it completely off, and then just normally started it up, and tried to get onto the internet, and internet explorer would not load to be able to post the results. Should I just be a little bit more patient? Because I waited a few hours, and still didnt load the internet.

  13. Thank you, How do I ensure that there are no additional script blockers still on?
  14. I just recently was diagnosed with a Root Kit, and was informed about "ComboFix." But, to find out that it is not 64 bit friendly. I would like some advice on how to get rid of the Root Kit completely. I have done multiple scans with "Malwarebytes' Anti Malware" and occasionally have found some infections, but haven't gotten rid of the the entire root kit.
