IP false positive

Hi - I have been getting an IP block when attempting to access sites associated with my web site hoster, www.greatnet.de. IP addresses that I had to ignore in order to access Greatnet services were the following, amongst others: 83.133.97.66 83.133.97.58 83.133.96.6 Is there any indication that this website/company is malicious? Otherwise I would suggest to enable access. Regards Nick
