My computer is a Dell Inspirion 530 with Vista x64. I had an recent infection and used ESET and Spyware Doctor to remove it.I had thought that they were successfully removed until I did a reboot. Upon booting up I get a BSOD that reads: Stop: c0000135 {Unable to Locate Component} This application has failed to start because consrv was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. If I try to go into repair mode, it starts to load up but then a logon appears with the name "Other User". I've tried every combination of logons that I know of for my computer and not one of them works. I've tried host/user, host\user, user...etc and a logon error keeps returning with "The specified domain does not exist". This computer is not part of a domain. I am not able to get windows to start up so downloading and running any programs to get logs is impossible at this time. The only access I have is to use the Recovery CD to get into a dos prompt. Your help and assistance with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
