Yes. And I think my computer was hacked into because I just found out that my credit was used for something. Where do I go from here? I really don't care if I lose all files on my computer, I have all my photos backed up to the cloud, which is all I care about.

I'm almost ready to give up on this computer. It seems nothing will work. Whenever I try and start any of those services it says, "This service cannot be started in safe mode". I tried several times to start them in normal mode last night, but my computer won't let me do anything in normal mode. It wouldn't even let me open the Firefox browser in normal mode anymore. This morning when I tried to boot up in normal mode it just got stuck on the welcome screen.

I'm sorry, but I don't see any of those services listed. Did you still want me to run adw cleaner?

There is no "System Protection" link on my computer. Just "Device Manager", "Remote Settings" and "Advanced System Settings". When I type "system restore into the search bar in the start menu, it says,"System restore does not appear to be functioning correctly on this system"
