  1. Nope, that didn't work.. I didn't have them listed. I tried to copy and paste like I always do.. highlight, right click, select copy then go to where I want to paste and and right click paste. I've also used the keyboard.
  2. Hello!? Can anyone help me with the IE problem?
  3. Still can't paste anything here....weird... Back to my original problem. I have Windows 7 and IE 11 Some websites that I go to tell me that I have Windows 9 and need to update. And they do not display properly. The computer says I have IE 11. Examples are... http://www.pinterest.com/thecreativecat/ http://www.officialhuskylovers.com/
  4. I know how to copy and paste.....but I can't get it to work here.... I copied the address and it won't paste here. I can paste it in word, but not here. I will try and type the address.. http://officialhuskylovers.com/watch-husky-puppy-trying-get-bowl/
  5. I can't think of what they were... I will have to reply back when it happens again.
  6. This forum helped me in January... I hope you can again! I have Windows 7 and IE 11 Some websites that I go to tell me that I need to update IE 9 and they do not display properly. The computer says I have IE 11, so why are these websites saying I have IE 9? Vickie
  7. I did the updates for Java and Adobe.. they are fine.. BUT I must have missed the Google Chrome download on Adobe. It downloaded and I sent and uninstalled it in Add/remove programs. Is that all I need to do, or is it lurking somewhere else? Another place that used to help me always ran a HiJack This scan to check for unwanted things. I ran one and didn't see anything related to Chrome. But I did notice a lot of entries that said the file is missing. Is this bad, do they need deleted? Do you want to see the scan? Thanks for ALL of your help and I will recommend you and this forum to others! Let me know about the Hijack Scan...
  8. We never ran ADWCleaner...Do I need too? And for Kasperkey...just right click and click on delete?
  9. Thank you...just did that and it is gone now..... I will delete the other items now One more question... I have McAfee for virus protection. why did it let whatever in that caused me problems? Also is there something better I could be using for Antivirus? I can get Norton free through my internet provider. Is it any better? Or is there something else that you would recommend? And just now....Java wants to update, is there a new one already.. And Adobe also?
  10. I removed OTL and it wanted a reboot. I did. Now I have a red X over the box that reads Network 5 Internet Access. I am able to get on the internet, but don't know what the red x means.
  11. You were going to tell me how to clean all the tools up that we used... As for the printscreen...I read that one of the Microsoft updates caused it to go away.
  12. Second post! I just noticed that I still can not do a 'print screen'
  13. All important and critical updates are done and everything seems to be running fine and seems faster! I am so glad that I don't have to reformat! I will be waiting for you next instructions! Thanks!
