  1. This is the second time malwarebytes has updated or done something with it license structure and the second time it has refused to let me activate my license. It is a lifetime license from 2009 bought online from Malwarebytes with a backup CD mailed to me. I even have the cardboard sleeve it came in showing my address and ship date. Doesn't seem to matter after the last two updates I get the blacklisted screen. I have all the proof I and they need to show this is a good license, still blacklisted. I log into my account it shows only one system using the license, mine, doesn't matter still blacklisted. So once again I have opened a ticket attaching a photo of my original CD, address and date of purchase and start me 3 to 5 day wait to hopefully get this resolved once again. I have turned off automatic update and if it asked me again if I want to update I will pass until I can find out from the forum if there have been any new blacklist created. Sorry for the rant but this is getting old.
  2. Me to. That seemed to fix the issue. Thanks very much. Kind of wondering why that update would have caused this issue, if you know.
  3. Another update. This screen shot is also a message when you attempt to start auto protect. Forgot to add this is Windows XP Professional
  4. Just to follow up since I couldn't edit. These are the latest screen shots. The first one pops up when you attempt to activate auto protect. The second will pop up about 5 seconds later telling you auto protect is already running, it's not running and will not. The icon is also missing from the toolbar.
  5. Update dated 5/26/09 version 1.37 that required a computer reboot is creating all kinds of issues with my computer. Malwarebytes will not auto protect. Gives numerous error code. Error code 2, 202, 1037 and numerous others. Uninstalled Malwarebytes and re-installed allowing updates and got the same issues. Uninstalled and re-installed without allowing updates and Malwarebytes works fine. So the latest update is creating the issue. This is the paid version.
