Update Error

Welcome petecaf -

The error message (12002,0) usually means that you were 'timed out' prior to completing downloading the updates -

There could have been a quick "outage" by your ISP as you were updating -

Or if you are on dial-up it means someone may have cut in on your line - ;)

I hope this gives you some sort of result - Have you updated since then ??

Thanks for the advice,I followed the link and corrected the network settings.I tried several more times to update,prior to reading your post.I have since then re-installed and things are ok now.Thanks again.
