  1. I can't get to the last file for AdwCleaner, but here are the last two MBAM scan logs. The first did clear out quite a bit, but did not solve the problem, and the second scan found nothing. MBAM 6-15-15.txt MBAM 6-15-15 (2).txt
  2. I have already tried running both AdwCleaner and MalwareBytes, but I cannot get rid of this Razor Web infection. FRST files are attached. FRST.txt Addition.txt
  3. I ran MBAM twice and it removed some trojans but I can still tell that there is still an infection on my computer. Here are the logs. FRST.txt Addition.txt
  4. Sorry about the double MBAM post. Also, my System Restore seems to keep turning off.
  5. I have McAfee Security Center, but I can't turn on the scanner. Every time I try to turn it on, it turns back off again the next second. Also, the Windows Security Alerts is active and says I have no virus protection. I think that it's fake, but a full scan of MBAM did not find an infection, and running ComboFix didn't get rid of it either. How do I turn the virus scanner on?
  6. When I say slow internet, I mean that my downloading speed is only in bytes or kilobytes per second, despite having a cable connection. And this is after I stopped using the hardware accelerator. It takes a long time for some images to load and it takes forever for videos to load. Normally downloading wouldn't take that long, I only noticed this problem in the past month or so. 7. I have already gotten rid of a Windows Security Alerts virus, but I think I might still be infected with something, as the internet is still slow. I have been trying to run the ESET Online Scanner for two days now. Despite trying nearly every suggestion on the internet I could find, I still keep getting the "Unexpected Error 2002" and "Cannot get update. Is proxy configured?" problems. Logs for Malwarebytes, ComboFix, and GMER are below and attached. Also, I can't run DDS. ====================================================== Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware 1.50.1.1100 www.malwarebytes.org Database version: 7298 Windows 5.1.2600 Service Pack 3 Internet Explorer 8.0.6001.18702 7/27/2011 4:44:26 PM mbam-log-2011-07-27 (16-44-26).txt Scan type: Full scan (C:\|) Objects scanned: 385460 Time elapsed: 2 hour(s), 5 minute(s), 52 second(s) Memory Processes Infected: 0 Memory Modules Infected: 0 Registry Keys Infected: 0 Registry Values Infected: 0 Registry Data Items Infected: 2 Folders Infected: 0 Files Infected: 1 Memory Processes Infected: (No malicious items detected) Memory Modules Infected: (No malicious items detected) Registry Keys Infected: (No malicious items detected) Registry Values Infected: (No malicious items detected) Registry Data Items Infected: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center\AntiVirusDisableNotify (PUM.Disabled.SecurityCenter) -> Bad: (1) Good: (0) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.
