  1. Are you talking about the extensions on Firefox? If so this is also happening in Internet Explorer.
  2. What do you mean by troubleshooting info? All I get is a popup exactly like the one in the first post.
  3. I am getting the same exact error. What is it and how do I get rid of it as it is annoying popping up all the time
  4. Today this has been popping up as a outbound for a malicious website. What is this and how to I get rid of it? I do not want to make a exception for it if it is a malicious site.
  5. App is saying I have issues. When I click on fix issues ask me ignore non-critical issues and to enable device administrator. If I click on enable device administrator. If I go there it gives me a list of thing it will do which really look like some kind of malware. Such as Erase all data, Change the screen unlock password, set password rules, lock the screen etc. What is all this?
  6. I have been getting 6 registry entries that are malware and it will not remove them. This is the log reading I am getting. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (Corporate) 1.70.0.1100 www.malwarebytes.org Database version: v2013.03.11.11 Windows 7 Service Pack 1 x86 NTFS Internet Explorer 9.0.8112.16421 clay :: OTTERSEA [limited] Protection: Enabled 3/15/2013 12:10:21 AM mbam-log-2013-03-15 (00-10-21).txt Scan type: Quick scan Scan options enabled: Memory | Startup | Registry | File System | Heuristics/Extra | Heuristics/Shuriken | PUP | PUM Scan options disabled: P2P Objects scanned: 169735 Time elapsed: 8 minute(s), 10 second(s) Memory Processes Detected: 0 (No malicious items detected) Memory Modules Detected: 0 (No malicious items detected) Registry Keys Detected: 6 HKCR\CLSID\{67BD9EEB-AA06-4329-A940-D250019300C9} (PUP.Software.Updater) -> Delete on reboot. Registry Values Detected: 0 (No malicious items detected) Registry Data Items Detected: 0 (No malicious items detected) Folders Detected: 0 (No malicious items detected) Files Detected: 0 (No malicious items detected) (end) I check the items to remove them and then reboot but the next day it is right back again. How can I get these items removed without going to regedit since I know very little about that and do not want to mess up the computer. I have ask this once before in customer service and all I got was a link to the FAQ which did not cover this. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
