NOD32 is an anti-virus program though, not a general anti-malware program. You don't have to install it if you don't want to, it would be some extra protection though

VundoFix backups, if present The C:\Deckard folder, if present The C:_OtMoveIt folder, if present [*] Reset the clock settings. [*] Hide file extensions, if required. [*] Hide System/Hidden files, if required. [*] Reset System Restore. Install SpywareBlaster - SpywareBlaster will added a large list of programs and sites into your Internet Explorer settings that will protect you from running and downloading known malicious programs. Without regular updates you WILL NOT be protected when new malicious programs are released. It basically prevents any downloads (Cookies etc) from the sites listed, although you will still be able to connect to the sites.MVPS Hosts file <= The MVPS Hosts file replaces your current HOSTS file with one containing well know ad sites etc. Basically, this prevents your coputer from connecting to those sites by redirecting them to 127.0.0.1 which is your local computer Google Toolbar <= Get the free google toolbar to help stop pop up windows. Post that log and a HiJackthis log in your next reply Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall
