  1. I have the paid version so I'm not sure if this is correct, but I believe the register button is under the protection tab. Basically, download the free version, click on the protection tab, click on the register button, and then enter you info. If the register button is not under the protection tab it is under one of the other tabs so follow the same directions and find the register button.
  2. I was experiencing the update loop today, but its working fine on my end now.
  3. It's fixed in database 1714. Thanks for the fast response.
  4. Hey Raid, I'm at database 1713 and it is still flagging the installer when I click on it to install SpywareBlaster. A quick scan did not detect it. Let me know if you need me to do anything else.
  5. Absolutely no problem. I appreciate all the hard work you guys put into this software. Thanks.
  6. This happened after I downloaded the program. MBAM identified it once I clicked on the installer to install SpywareBlaster. I ran a quick scan and the log was clean. Let me know if there is anything else you need me to do.
  7. Couldn't find a log for it so I posted the picture. Thanks.
  8. You could PM one of the customer support specialist and I'm sure they will work something out with you.
  9. i haven't been able to get on at Dell until today. i thought it would be offline during the entire upgrade, but I just checked and could get on.

  10. An "a" would make it a whole lot worse. My two favorite lines from the story. I'll pass on the rope and leave the deer wrangler to those more experienced than myself.
  11. hey ky331,

i am missing those daily updates at Dell. Now I actually have to do my own work to check for updates.

  12. I have it running in real-time on a Vista machine and my mother's XP machine. Very low on resources on both systems and have had no problems. It runs nicely with Avira Antivir (XP) and Avast (Vista) antivirus (free versions) on these systems. Also, for the low purchase price you get a lifetime license, whereas other products charge a yearly fee to renew the product.
