  1. We currently license version 1.5 of Malwarebytes Enterprise edition. We have our IT users configured but their role is "User". We did not document the Admin password and need to use that account to change IT users to the "Administrator" role. Is there a way to reset it at this point, or another work around? After that we intend to disable or delete the Admin account as best practice to remove default accounts. Please also reply whether or not this is allowed/recommended. Thanks, Matt

  3. Actually I did have another question. Will this particular MEE console update involve client updates as well?
  4. Thanks Lazz (sorry for the late response), received your PM. We will work on this, i'll update here how it goes.
  5. I don't see that option Lazz but that sounds promising. The version listed in the console is 1.2.1.1665.
  6. Thanks Lazz. I appreciate the response. Also, am I correct in thinking the following is how to configure clients to connect to Malwarebytes directly for updates vs to our internal server: Edit Policy Updater Settings Download sig from alternative source every x hours if Management server is not accessible for x hours Download from internet if signature update from custom path fails If so what would be the best way to minimize the number of attempts the clients in the DMZ make to obtain updates internally before going across the internet, knowing that the internal attempts will always fail?
  7. Is there an option to push client definition and policy updates vs the client connecting and pulling them? I would like to allow DMZ resident machines to update directly to the enterprise server but to do that I need communication to be outbound only to the DMZ. Thank you, Matt
