help desperately needed

Hey everyone. I'm very new to the malware removal and scanning world. Very clueless. I use Antivir Antivirus and Lavasoft Ad Aware SE, and have recently started using Malwarebytes after some nasty infection recently. It was fixed but now i'm having some issues again. I was getting a lot of popups and the antivirus 2009 problem - then after a scan it seemed everything was gone - but I still get popups (although not visual. It's more like the audio for a video but I see nothing). When I open task manager and End the process "iexplore.exe" the audio stops - but then that process usually opens itself back up.

Anyway I keep scanning with Malwarebytes and it usually has 3 items in registry something. Every time I scan it. So Below are my MBAM logs and Hijack This log.....I hope they aren't too long. Hopefully someone can help me out. I'm desperately in need of help......and pretty clueless what to do.

Please follow these instructions (skipping any steps you are unable to complete) for posting in our Malware Removal - HijackThis Logs forum. If you cannot follow any of those steps, then please create a new topic in that forum explaining what happened when you tried to run each of the tools in the instructions, and the expert who helps you will be able to suggest steps to take to get the tools working.
