  1. Hi, No, downloads seemed to start working again after running Combofix the first time.
  2. Hi, running mbar didn't find anything and I can't see that it made a report. Roguekiller found some bits. It doesn't look like the reports have been named properly so I'm not sure which one you need, so here's both of them. RKreport0_D_05172014_134751.txt RKreport0_S_05172014_134452.txt
  3. That won't run at all - every time I try it Windws Explorer freezes, and ComboFix won't run past the initial box with the scrolling green writing. At the moment I have a whited out screen, and I have to force close the whole laptop. If I try to restart it from pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del, it freezes on the logging off screen.
  4. Hi, here is the ComboFix log. Downloads appear to be working now - I was able to download the Malwarebytes programme and it didn't show that it had been deleted this time. Thank you for your help so far. ComboFix.txt
  5. Hi, am waiting for access to another PC to download Combofix - will hopefully have results soon. thanks
  6. The box wasn't checked. I have a proxy installed on Firefox, but its not usually active and all my browsing (inc trying to download) is done on IE.
  7. Computer still seems to be running fine, just can't download still. AdwCleanerS0.txt FRST.txt
  8. Hi, sorry for the delay. Here are the files: FRST.txt Addition.txt
  9. HI - I suspect I have a malware infection. Was browsing the web when my network adaptor switched off and took two system restarts to re-initialise. Went to download Malwarebytes scan software, but now getting the message that the file "contained a virus and was deleted". Tried to download and install DDS as per the forum instructions, but also couldn't access this. Please advise. Thank you.
