Malwarebytes stuck in a loop

Recommended Posts

Hi, I have a problem.

My specifications are Windows XP Ultimate, Service Pack 3

Malwarebytes quick scan is going in loops. I do not know anything about computers. The problem is that it goes like administrators/administrators/administrators/All users. and it goes in loops. If you need a picture, you need to teach me how.

No that was an error on my part, I was looking at View New Posts and you already posted in the HJK forum, so I removed my post. Tell me what AV program you are using so we can see what we can to to get you back running?

EDIT: There are files that Malwarebytes has that have to be excluded in your Anti-Virus program... It helps if we know the name of the Anti-Virus you have!

If you think you have an infection? tell me what other issues, besides what you posted on top...

EDIT 2 Post back and someone will help you.. regards..

To-be-released operating system to go with the upcoming IE9. Short name for it: XP SP4 :welcome:

Then what am I looking at here?

Windows XP Ultimate Edition is a custom Windows XP Professional Edition that includes several software integrated as components that in my point of view should of have always been part of windows.

This is not an official release from Microsoft, came out in 2005

http://www.winxpu.info/ let me know, I had to search for it...

I found Ultimate in XP on a search, two questions, 1. Is Malwarebytes stuck in a loop on a quick scan. And when was the last time you did an avira antivirus scan and was it clean. Please post back with your answers..

EDIT PS: are you the Administrator of the computer... or a guest? Or do you have total control? ....regards....
