I lose my Malwarebytes pro after updates?

Recommended Posts

Hi -

Just briefly - Do you actually have the paid Pro version installed on this computer ??

Also is this the only computer with the same license / key inserted to it ??

If you have the Pro version it should be set to update by it self, and you should not need to update it -

Thank You -

I have a key, I pressed activate, and it activated it. So, I went to update it today, because i'm currently using Avast and Mbam PRO. But, i disable mbam pro while avast uses realtime so I dont lag my computer. Any way, I updated malwarebytes pro, and now its the regular version, but malwarebytes is still running in real time mode?

So, I went to update it today, because i'm currently using Avast and Mbam PRO. <<Please note that Both can be used at the same time -

The Pro (Licensed Version) should always be activated and it will do updates as well as protect your computer.

If you do not have the program running, it has no protection enabled for your system, and will not update also.

If you want help to have both programs running at the same time, please ask us for help and we can show you how to do it

Most people do use both avast! and MBAM Pro with no problems, so we would like to show you if you can spare 10 minutes

Thank You -

As you are currently off line at the moment, I will leave these directions for you here -

First: Please read Section K of the FAQ area for setting exclusions (mainly if your avast! is a paid version)

Next read Section O for information on setting the Scans and Updater -

And finally this is a link to the General FAQ Area that contains these items.

Please read these or ask for more information if required -

Thank You if you do get back and read this -
