  1. The process in questions is called "dirmngr." I ran a scan offline with the Hyper Scan and and Custom of all Hard Drives with Malwarebytes Premium. Everything came back fine. I also scanned with Webroot Seceure Complete, which I was told by both companies that there would be no conflict between the two programs. They both cam up negative, but this one process is bugging me and I'm not sure if it is safe. It is under C:/Program Files (x86)/GNU/Gnupg/dirmngr.exe I also used a site called Virustotal that was recommend in another forum post to scan files and it came back fine. I have a coding program called "Kleopatra" installed for school classes. It looks like it might be connected to that program, but I'm not sure. Is this safe process/file safe? Thank you in advance!
  2. Hello, I finally downloaded League of Legends since I see so many people playing it. I downloaded the client from Riot Games' site, but during installation I got a notice from Webroot saying the "pando networks/media booster" is malicious. I didn't get an alert from Malwarebytes and I have the latest paid version of that software. From what I researched some people are saying it's harmful, and others are saying it's fine, and that it does nothing. Please can someone help me as soon as possible?! Thank you in advance. P.S. I also installed the game on my iMac late 2013 model. I ran a scan with Avast free version, but it didn't find anything. Should i still worry?
  3. Hello, I've noticed over the past couple of days that Malwarebytes has been about a day behind in terms of updates. As of right now, I'm on version 2013.12.28.06, when it is in the late afternoon on the 29th. Has anyone else noticed this/ having this problem? Can someone explain what exactly is going with Malwarebytes, or my PC? Thank you in advance.
  4. Okay, here is the file you requested. Please keep me up-to-date on this matter. Thank you. QuestViewer File.zip
  5. My apologies. I was in a bit of a panic to find out if this was a false positive or not, but after reviewing the Audio Surf and Steam forums, it appears this file is apart of the game. Making this find a false positive. You can see so for yourself by searching for "QuestViewer.exe" (without quotes). Also, the file has already been removed. And after reading those instructions, would submitting a file without that file still provide useful information to resolving this false positive?
  6. Hello, I ran a full scan today and it said there is one threat located in my Steam games folder, specifically in the game folder for Audiosurf. And the file it found said it was a "Trojan.Agent.rf" which was found in the engine folder, and the file called "QuestViewer.exe". After this was found, I deleted the file and restarted as Malwarebytes requested, scanned again and was fine. I then did a system restore to about five days ago, ran another full scan, and the same file came up with the same threat definition. Can someone confirm if this is a false positive? Thanks in advance.
