Given a new laptop(old)

Recommended Posts

Just recently was given a laptop that a friend had given up on.  Said it was riddled with problems and crashes.  I've done a bit of cleaning myself for obvious intrusions but reaching out for a little help to get everything squeaky clean.  Any help is much appreciated.
