Hello, im having problems installing net framework 3.5 or higher.. now i have no net frameworks (all deleted with dotnetfx cleaner), when net framework downloader finishe's downloading net framework i get this , then after few seconds . i need to install at least 3.5 but 4.0 would be good.. my pc spec's are:

i used cleanup tool but it didint find any of framework..

I forgot to mention that i just took the screenshoot from the internet.. but i get the same error.

i cant install net framework.. i always get error i tried all of the versions. my windows are : microsoft windows xp professional version 2002 service pack 3.
