locked out of all services in XP SP3

I have a problem with my home PC.

restore has only saved the day this happened...sorry

I cannot use right click properties on any service

I locked myself out of most services mainly to do with connecting to internet

This has been done on a admin account changing security policies... doh!

I have access to default admin account but only in safemode if needed

Q. Is there a way to install a default security admin policy to the services on my profile via a batch reg file in a file folder if i had access rights to the files in it...

Or another way if possible....

I tried putting in the secedit line a dos type box appears which only goes up to 3% and then it closes by itself this does the same in safemode and after rebooting i have the same problem. I am not sure what to try in the microsoft link as i am not familiar with dos commands

If possible could you direct me to another option via the link.

I am not sure what the main service is to all other linked services but COM+ system application has this error if i try and start it

Error 109: the pipe has been ended

Web client service are all greyed out..

If i bring up the network connections box i see no connections available but the device manager shows network connections enabled which points to the services.

PS. i just want to point out that all services that do not link to networking of any kind can be started and stopped but still cannot right click on any service properties.
