  1. What kind of information is typically valuable to you in trying to find out why MWB would block a connection unwarranted? I would say the fastest method of debugging in this case would be to actually download the game, I'll manually pump up the account to give you access to multiplayer, and you would queue for a match and see if MWB is doing anything off-kilter at that point. However, I wouldn't want to ask that level of work on your end if it's not necessary. Please let me know if there's anything I can provide you from our standpoint, we'd love to take care of this for our users.
  2. Hello Spud, What information might I be able to provide you in order to assist in resolving this issue? It certainly persists, but how can we work with MWB to provide both of our users with a better experience?
  3. Hello MWB, My name is Teremus, Community Manager for Infinity Wars, a Digital Trading Card Game that's in Beta on Steam right now. Apparently Malwarebytes blocks all connections to app-us.exitgamescloud.com (162.210.192.34). It's a known problem with all Photon games. Probably some game at some point in history using Photon was reported as malware and blocked by Malwarebytes. Our users would very much so like to continue using Malwarebytes without being blocked from playing PvP or trading with their friends. Thank you for your time.
