  1. Is their a cloud version of Malwarebytes? Is their a version of Malwarebytes that I can sell to customers/clients and manage it for them? What I am looking for is something along the lines of AVG CloudCare if anyone uses it and knows what I am talking about.
  2. I just got confirmation from AVG representative that AVG does detect it.
  3. I was wondering the same thing. Some one form Malwarebytes please confirm one way or the other.
  4. I created a ticket at the time of my previouse post, I got the Thank You page but I have not heard any thing as of yet. Should I have at least gotten an automatically generated email that a ticket has been created because I did not even get that.
  5. I have a system that appears to have out of date definitions. However when running an update the program says I have the latest version. Checking the date stamp on defs.ref file it is the latest version. How do I get the program to actually show the date of the definitions it actually has? This same computer also has not checked in with the Malwarebytes Management console. I have uninstalled and reinstalled MWB, I even tried the cleanup utility after a second uninstall. Both Malwarebytes and AVG report now threats found. Malwarebytes did take a second scan to do so. The first scan removed 40 PUPs Anybody have any suggestions. Anybody have any idea if these issues would be related to Windows Firewall failing to start?
  6. Is there a way to reset the Malwarebytes Enterprise password to log in? There is only one account and it is not accessible because of password issues.
  7. For what ever reason it does not seem to be happening today
  8. Every few minutes every client, currently 19, go offline. In a few minutes they come back one line. Some clients are on the same network as the server, most are at remote locations. Even the local clients go off line. Anybody have any suggestions? Server 2008 32 bit fully updated 5 gig memory 3 gig dual core Xeon processor
  9. When wiil there be a version of Malwarebytes for cell phones and tablets?
  10. There is a vbs script for that. Not sure where to find it though I have it on my thumb drive. Such a tool as you describe would have to a vbs or other such script other wise it will not run either
  11. I have been using Malwarebytes Enterprise for about a week and love it. I do however have a few suggestions My first suggestion has already been suggested in the this thread. Being able to receive an email about an infected machine, a machine that has not communicated in a while, with out of data definitions or an older version etc would be an immense help. While the admin console should still be checked regularly, it would not have to be on the daily "to do list" In the reports, once a report has been clicked on to expand or zoom in on it, clicking on any part of the report should zoom in further. IE if I click on the Daily threat Detections, I should then be able to click on a day in the graph which would then display the machines and the threats detected. The information that is presented when a client is selected, IE the system, domain/workgroup, user logged in etc, under last scan result I would like to know the type of scan, IE whether or not it was a quick, full or flash scan. An option to reboot/shutdown a remote client and an option to send a message to a client system under the right click menu. Even if the message was not a custom message. As some Malware have the ability to change the proxy and dns settings a notification when these settings have been changed would be a great help That is all I have for now. Over all I love Malwarebytes Enterprise, and which I learned about it sooner
  12. Well FireFox as I have said, I ran Combo fix which removed meaningless files for the remote support software I use and some Windows Cache files, I ran Spybot which removed one BHO, one piece of Ad-ware and two tool bars, I ran CCleaner which deleted internet cache and other junk files I ran MS MSRT which found nothing, I was able to run AVG and MWB in safe mode both found nothing. I created several logs such as Hijack this and found nothing but a few BHOs. All of which of course did not resolve the issue. As I said I have been cleaning malware off computers for thirteen years and have never had an issue with security software not running as intended, what would anybody be able to tell me about normal logs that I could not tell my self. I work on PCs for a living, I do not have time to post on a forum and just sit back and wait for a response. I will post to a forum asking for help, but while I wait for a response I continue to search for an answer. Fortunately because I did not stop looking, I was able to find the solution. I searched for the long hexadecimal number listed in the event viewer in the registry and deleted the key. There was a separate one for AVG and Malwarebytes, I deleted them both and rebooted the computer. Now AVG and Malwarebytes both work as intended.
  13. Just FYI I have also started topics on AVG and Tek-tips forums http://forums.avg.com/us-en/avg-forums?sec=thread&act=show&id=229733 http://www.tek-tips.com/threadminder.cfm?pid=779&page=1
