  1. I have Win-7 Pro and I recently got an update on Malwarebytes, ever since then, when ever I startup from Cold, or reboot my system, I get the same message telling me Malware protection is Turned off, and it has the option to start it back up.
  2. Just Switch over to VLC Player, I believe it's one of the best Free Media Players in the Market today. VLC Player 2.2.2 for Installer Package http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html
  3. You can search and find an Application called "GWX Control Panel", that will do everything you need to do to fix your problems.
  4. Seems like you could try to improve the Antenna System, maybe a booster antenna of some type. Channel 6 is the strongest Channel. to get to AC you will need a new router.
  5. Sounds like you UAC has been turned off for now. Navigate to the Control Panel > Users > User Access Control, Move the Slider Bar to recommended Position (2nd Position from the Top) and Reboot.
  6. I believe you would be better off with VLC Player, it's Opensource, Free and Dosen't require CODECS and it will play everything that Realplayer played and more. VLC Player 2.0.7 http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html
  7. Normally the Manufacturer of the External Drive will have Software on their web site to Format or re-image the Drive.
  8. You Need to use the Norton Removal Tool ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/english_us_canada/removal_tools/Norton_Removal_Tool.exe And after you reboot, it will try to re-install so be carefull

They are 3 volt Batteries often the Number is CR2032 and they tend to last 3-5 years. The Batteries are often like a Dollar. so it' s the labor to install it Correctly that will cost you.

  14. Sounds like the repair guy forgot to hook up a few wires, take it back and tell him to fix it right. Lite not lighting up when you stick a SD Disk in, is a good indication something isn't hooked up Correctly.
  15. My Account still works fine, just very little being posted lately. Too Much Excitment about Windows 8
