I will post the log shortly; the problem with the PC locking up is across the entire IP Stack, it makes no difference if the internet connection is dial-up, DSL, cable or even GSM????? I have ran WinsockFix but no luck!

After using malwarebyes to remove "Antivirus 2009"; Internet Explorer locks up and whenever I try to review any TCP/IP information from the command prompt it also freezes up, but only when a network connection is detected. If I leave the RJ45 disconnected I can ping the loopback with no problems, connect the RJ45 and it goes back to the same freeze issue... Any Suggestions?
