  1. That member has since been deleted. (per the PM I received also).
  2. The irony is that I un-installed all utilities such as MSE, Backup etc except MBAM. Serves me right.
  3. Upon reflection, I now think that the problem was caused by the fact that I never uninstalled and re-installed MBAM when I upgraded from Vista to Win7. Bottom line, I have my MBAM back.
  4. Problem solved. I am not using the paid version. Thank you for your help.
  5. I have re-installed MBAM and will see what happens tomorrow morning. I just completed a scan with no hits.
  6. I take it that you are referring me to #8. Is that correct?
  7. I can understand that you want me to re-install a fresh copy of the program. I would un-install first. However I do not follow your reference to item#7. I have checked both issue #7 and post #7 and they are both unrelated.
  8. Win 7 with all updates. To generate a Black SOD, all I have to do is run a MBAM (quick or full). Then the next time I wake the computer from sleep and after entering the password, I get the BlackSOD. The MBAM scans actually find 0 problems. I am using MSSE as my AV. I have not received any black screens unless I run MBAM. I have not used the prevx 'fix'. For now, I do not run my weekly MBAM scan to avoid the Black SOD. When I did get the Black SOD, I just reset and rebooted with no problem.
