Looks like it has been detected and removed OK.

Here is some additional information. I noticed you are using version 1.75, there is a new version of Malwarebytes available as mentioned HERE. Its up to you if you want to upgrade at this time, but eventually you will have to.

That being said, if you want to make sure that your computer is fully clean and free from infections follow the instructions below...
