MrC: I understand your interests are to solve my computer problem which is appropriate and commendable. You are not interested in the circumstances regarding how I was targeted only to determine how to determine the method used to circumvent M-bytes products. I am a cause oriented person which unfortunately I get targeted. The last time I required your services, I was stepping on the toes of a large cable provider who may have given me a virus. Catbytes said you would be surprised who gave me the virus. It may have been an internet forum which I criticized their policies to the owner in private They are electronics oriented and know computers. I would download schematics which I no longer do. I started using computers using punch cards. and had no need to stay updated with the changing technology. MrC, I am in a battle to save my house and family which trumps the need to rid this computer's virus. I have another computer which I need to use NOW. it is connected to my router and has not been turned on in eight months .Could you PLEASE consider infighting me with any tips to reduce the likelihood of utilizing the alternate computer and potentially mitigate this big company from accessing or prevent me from using it or gain control of it. I need it to communicate with my lawyer. I will continue to work on this computer which I consider OUT OF ORDER which can not be relied on and things may take time or as You said could go horribly wrong.. any information would be helpful. I would rather not utilize a dial up connection which I believe could work. Would eliminating my router help? MrC, determined why I could not use the address bar to contact the forum. I have discovered the address auto corrects and makes errors like spaces where there should not be or http: rather than https: possible provider purposeful errors. I have difficulties printing the same email only which I sent multiple times, on different days which I copied an pasted. this letter which is is a detailed over view of her documented wrong doings which she had admitted to doing When I print this letter, It prints the first to pages. followed by 8 blank pages then the remainder. I tried to copy and paste the email to a Microsoft office word 2007 document that I saved. When I opened the saved document, I saw the same blank 8 blank pages. how is this possible? Could it be caused by copy and pasting the email. I WAS ABLE TO PRINT THIS EMAIL PRIOR TO SENDING AN EMAIL TO THIS COMPANY WHICH I BELIEVE THEY FELT I WAS CLOSE TO SPREADING THE BAD THINGS THEY WERE DOING TO ME TO SOCAL MEDIA ON LINKIN I UNFORTUNATELY FEEL It IS A VIRUS. would rather TO AVOID THE ARGOUS TASK OF VIRUS REMOVAL. iS IT PISSIBLE THE COPY AND PASTING CAUSED THIS? I am so grateful MrCharlie, Please stick with me! I have difficulty because communication difficulties, meaning you are helping a amateur I need to research the terms you use. once they figured out I found a way to get through to you by avoiding address bar and clicked a favorites address, then they let up on me. meaning my computer is ok. Please don't get frustrated with my lack of knowledge. I know that is easily said. Because wife has" issues" I took an added step and purchased another hard drive and locked my first hard drive in my safe on 5/14 but I wanted to have both up to date. so I hooked up my other hard drive only two days ago. so I believe both are infected. they bear down on me because they though I was going to turn to social media about the rotten stuff they are doing to me. I e- mailed them asked them to leave me alone. un sure if they will stop. after got through to you I saved in favorites to get back to here. I do not believe I use peer to peer soft ware because it is a sure way to get a virus. I will go to programs and features and look for utorrent and bittorrurent. Just discovered I could not copy and paste these software words, is that normal? I do not have fake or knock off software. purchased disc of Microsoft office 2007 student version I downloaded adobe products. to insure it is the real adobe I go to Wikipedia to obtain the correct address to go to download from correct site. I do not know what crack and other is. what I can say was the adobe pdf attachment they sent, I could not save or even snip. never had that happen before. I do not know what a host file is. I permanently deleted the e mail after I received it. after I got through to you I did a threat scan. said no threats found.my computer I believe my computer auto backs up every day unless they messed with it. I believe the logs are txt file I will do the next step in your directives. Regarding piracy warning all I can say is to the best of my knowledge I do not have fake stuff. Divorce is been going for more than a year. big bucks spent on lawyers.. wife not compromise son stayed with me younger daughters went with her I raised them all. girls are 12 and 13 don't talk to me.. After the download I have printing documents difficulties .Printer will print blank pages until paper runs out. I have your anti-malware premium and exploit. Hi CB, I found the document I was looking for in my memory stick. the document was called money smart which was in my memory stick and was missing in my computer documents. there was another document that was missing I awhile back that noticed called time warner cable. I had printed the document before it went missing. So to answer or clarify your question about my ISP, I believe my ISP does not want to cooperate or assist providing information for Microsoft outlook to function. IT worked before today only I had to put in the password manually each time I opened outlook. It probably a setup error. How can I confirm if my isp gave me the correct server information? For incoming they gave me pop-server@rochester.rr.com What was there before was a dot instead a dash and outgoing smtp-server@rochester.rr.com again there was a dot instead of a dash. Is there a way to determine the correct information.

HI CB, I sent an email with my ISP provider service to my self. Again my isp provider service received the email but Microsoft outlook did not receive my mail sent to my self. ISP says they do not support outlook.

Hi CB, I obtained The server information from my ISP regarding email. I was given ingoing and outgoing server information. MY provider assisted. Microsoft outlook is able to send emails but not receive. I sent an email using Microsoft outlook to my self but I can not receive the email using outlook. However emails sent with Microsoft outlook were received by my isp own email service. Again my email service works when using my ISP mail service but I can not receive mail with outlook. I will now try to send an email with my ISP service and determine if I can receive the mail with Microsoft outlook.

Hi CB, I installed my memory stick. My money file is also in my memory stick. They are listed twice. The file is listed as MBF file and MFY file type. I need to change the file format to DOCX file format. How do I change the file format to DOCX format for the my money file?

Hi CB, Had no luck regarding opening my money document. When I originally opened this document, prompt said can not open so I hacked around and ended up with a different language. could the document be in my external hard drive? I also have a memory stick which may have this document. Regarding antivirus programs, as per post 112 which antivirus protection was mentioned, malwarebytes PRo was one of the programs needed. I have installed microsoft security essentials. I believe I do not have malwarebytes PRo installed. Do I upgrade the free edition to obtain malwarebytes PRo?

Hi CB, Every document I tried was ok, except this one. The document named my money is now listed twice my money and my money backup? Both of those are in the same language. also, there was no anti virus from your organization provided or installed. I have not received an antivirus from you.win33xxz5 .
