I did the Malware scan and it found over 100 issues. It toke around 9 hours to complete the scan. When it was finished it asked me to apply these changes and I did. It then asked me to restart my computer. I did and the computer shut down and the screen went dark. The keyboard lights are still on and the computer sounds like its still on, but its been like that for over 2 hours now. I want to reboot it by holding power button down until it shuts off but I am afraid to do that. I am afraid to do anything but wait. Any suggestions? What should I do? I have an Alienware laptop. windows 7 64bit. Other info= I did not run the scan in safe mode. My laptop was running very slow a few days before running the scan. I did not back computer up before running the scan. I appreicate any help. Thanks
