  1. Hello: I followed your instructions and used the removal tool. I also disabled anti-virus and downloaded the Malwarebytes program and installed. The results of this did not resolve my issue. The Malicious Website Module did not enable. Please send further helpful information. Thanks in advance for your response. Chas07
  2. Hello: I have been using Malwarebytes for a few years now, with no problems. I recently purchased a Pro version and installed on my Mom's Win Vista machine. My problem is that Protection is only partially enabled. I have uninstalled a couple of times using the DVD, and the problem continues. The malicious website blocking is the module of Protection that will not enable. Please respond with helpful information. Chas07
