Hi Team,
Earlier this summer (see Support Ticket #2628146), my license was stating that duplicate usage was detected (not by me). This was then reset by support. However recently it happened again and my key got blacklisted. I submitted a new ticket at the beginning of the week and have not heard anything until today, when I was told, "Just checking in. I was wondering if you need further assistance or have more questions, just let me know and I'll be happy to help!"
I have yet to actually receive any assistance for this and was hoping someone could help me with this issue. I have had this License for a very long time and provided proof within ticket #2628146. Can someone please direct me on what I can do to get my key working again for my product?
