I had a scare with the "locky" ransom virus. I had to reinstall my computer from my external backup. I lost half a day in the process. It did completely justify my Acronis True Image 2016 software. My operating system is windows 10. I have been running Malwarebytes anti ransomware software on my dell XPS 8700 for a few weeks now with no sign of problems or of viruses. It's a scary world out there.
