  1. I want to add that when looking up "windows command processor" it seems to always be related to a bad virus, so that makes me a little worried. And just a heads up, I'm new to the forums and don't have all that much tech or virus experience.
  2. Hello, I've been trying to connect a netgear wireless router to my Windows 8 laptop using netgear genie, with little success. The last few times I've tried to resolve the internet connectivity issues using the genie program, I repeatedly get a pop up asking whether to allow "windows command processor" to make changes to my computer. I hope this isn't a virus, my laptop seems to be working fine otherwise, and a scan with webroot yielded no threats found. Any help appreciated.
