Maleware 2.0 Not initiating protection modules

Hey there,

 

I was recently opted to update to the latest Malewarebytes version. At first, it ran decently, after the initial scare it might have been maleware, and I could make use of all the features. But a day after I installed it, I've ran into a few issues. The client refuses to activate the protection modules, and will not run on start-up anymore. I have to manually start MB and try to start the protection modules. It recognizes that I am fully licensed. In addition, it cannot connect to the update server.

 

This is the first time I've ever had an issue with MB, but it appears to be a crippling error I've uncovered.

First, try a reboot or two (if not already done).

If still a "no go", please follow the directions exactly as shown here:
MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x

If that does not correct it, then please read the following and post back the requested logs as attachments to your next reply:
Diagnostic Logs

 

That will start the troubleshooting process.
