  1. THere is nothing wrong with my system. It only started doing this with 2.0 Its the software, not my machine....guaranteed
  2. I did a clean install a few days ago. No difference.
  3. Daman.... Ive always done a full scan. If i dont need to do one, then it should not be an option. I do a full scan once a week, and do the quick scan and flash scan (as they used to be called) once a day. Its on an automatic schedule. I did post my specs...i dont know what other specs would be relevant for this conversation. I only posted once, so telling me to be patient does not really make any sense I dont need to read a guide. ive been in the business for 25 years and been using malwarebytes since the beginning. I know how to change things, but the program is a resource hog, the scans take 5 times longer, and overall just a poor user experience.
  4. Why would you upgrade something that worked flawlessly for years? I am very disappointed. I have the Pro (now Premium) version. I have purchased licenses for all of my customers because it was such a great program....now i am never going to reccomend this again. The Full Scan used to take about 3 hours on my machine, now it takes 18 hours? Theres no reason for it.... The updater doesnt update properly, I still get the popups that it needs upgrading.... The program freezes constantly, and I have a Win 7 64 Bit, 16GB of RAM machine. I am a computer technician who has over 25 years in computer tech support and repair. This is unacceptable Please bring back the old GUI which worked with absolutely no issues!
