Hello all, On my other laptop, I keep getting the windows command processor notification depsite clicking no. I have read a few threads on the net and it's supposed to be a virus/trojan? I have run windows support emergency response tool and it said it found one infected file/item but it could not remove it. I also downloaded Malwarebytes but when I go to run it, it won't respond or appear. I'm also registered on another site and will see what they say about this all. Is it ok to have support from two different sites? I'm really worried and would be really grateful for any help.
