Hi there thanks so much for responding! I downloaded the malwarebytes anti malware software completed a scan and tried to upload the file you requested. When i tried to upload My computer said something to the affect of "Don't have permision to open, see administrator". I should be the admin so I thought?? I'm so lost any info is greatly appreciated. I am currently in the middle of leaving a relationship with someone who is VERY knowledgeble in the computer field and who knows just how pc challenged I am. This is who I very strongly suspect has been messing with my laptop as he has a very bad jealousy problem and seems to know Everything I do.
