Hi I was asked to post here because my helper could not figure out why I couldn't boot in normal mode. Here is my topic: http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=68744

I just ran it as an administrator and it BSOD again. And all the startups are checked again. When I apply the changes it tells me if I would like to restart because some of these changes will not take affect until I restart.

I'm pretty sure I'm the administrator. Like all the items under startup are now checked even though I unchecked them before reboot.

It bluescreened when I did that. I don't know if it's saving my changes because when I go back to change them they're all reset to what they were before.

I disabled everything under the startup tab except Microsoft services but I still got BSOD on restart.

Should I disable everything else except Microsoft services or only ones that say windows in the name? Also do I disable everything under services and startup or just services?

Beep and AVG Free8 Networkredirector could not be uninstalled. I did uninstall both display adapters and rebooted however I got the BSOD.

Both display adapters were already up to date. There is no option to uninstall the other driver.

There is no option to update driver but there is one to check for solutions. I checked for solutions but nothing happened. Also, when I tried to start the driver I got an error message saying it could not start in safe mode.

3 things under non-plug play drivers have yellow exclamation points. Beep, AVG Free8 Networkredirector and Security processor loader driver. But nothing has a yellow ? or a red X

Startup Repair did not detect any problems.

It bluescreened on restart.

It cannot run because the volume is in use by another process. It wants to know if I would like to schedule this volume to be checked the next time the system restarts.
