FBI Virus Windows 7 Will Not Start Up Black then Blue

Hello,

I got the FBI MoneyGram virus. I downloaded and ran Malwarebytes in Safe Mode. Now computer will not start up. Goes from Blacj Screen mouse cursor to blue screen death. Just followed partial instructions to run FRST64 Farbar Recovery but unclear what to do once scan is done.

Please help.
