  1. I have now received multiple calls from clients with lifetime licenses getting this prompt.
  2. I am a reseller and I have received a call from one of my clients who purchases a lifetime license for us back in 2010. Her Malwarebytes is prompting her to renew in 29 days. What is going on???
  3. That's strange I was just thinking the same thing. A bootable tool or a WinPE based fix would be great. I am dealing with a Dell XPS 410 that I believe had its sata driver ripped out and all I am getting is a 0x0000007b error at bootup. Not booting equals no fix.
  4. I have already had 20+ calls and 10 computers dropped off for virus detections with MBAM!! We have been open for 2 hours. I don't think I am that lucky.
  5. I have over 500+ users that I have installed MBAM on... should I be expecting that all of their systems are going to be ruined??? This sounds like the worst disaster possible!! This is a good way to put me out of business.
  6. I have been sending you guys e-mails with no reponse so I decided to try your forum. I haven't been able to log into my reseller account. When I use the password reset option, the link that is sent to my e-mail takes me to this: File not found The page that you requested cannot be found on this server. This might have the following reasons:
