I know I\m infected what do I do Help me please !

I am almost 100 percent sure I am infected on 2 of my computers and I dont know what to do . I dont have hardly any computer exp and I need a patient computer saint to help me . I would be greatly appreciated if someone would kindly help me out and not get too mad at me for being ignorant. Thank you .I dont know how to post or what programs o use. I have a HP G60 Note Book PC With Crappy Vista Home Premium 32 bit if that helps at all .
