There is a problem with malicious web protection it will not stay enabled, please help

Just curious I recently reload my PC installed MB but malicious will not come on even though its set to when computer starts can,t turn it on manually either

How can I get a lostregistration if I no longerhave the email I had when I place the order with cleverbridge

is there a current manual update link as I am on dial up and have problems always getting the updates.

Just wondering if malewarebytes has a link to get the updated database as the one on major geeks is old. I am on Dailup so I get it on another computer and transfer it to my home computer
