One of the best add-ons for Firefox is this It has a Feature where you can scan with an Anti-Virus. I set mine to Malwarebytes 1.75 and it woked great! It uses the %1 Argument to show the AV to scan the downloaded file. Now in Malwarebytes 2.01 it no longer works.
