ScorpionSaver Services (Adpeak Inc) won't uninstall

Hi, can someone help me uninstall this program? My younger sister had installed it when attempting to play some sort of online game. I have uninstalled everything she installed in every method that I know how to, however, Scorpion Saver Services remains in the uninstall programs list.

 

When I first found out she had installed the program, I uninstalled everything manually from the Uninstall Programs List and everything was going fine except for the Scorpion Saver Services. When I try to uninstall I get an error that says:

 

 

I click OK and then I get:

 

Click OK again and I get:

 

 

So I then preceded to follow these two online guides on how to rid myself of the programs:

Unfortunately nothing has been working and the error persists. I have both McAfee and the free version of Malwarebyes installed on my computer (as well as the remaining programs that I had to download from the above guides).

Oh and the computer has Windows 7 Home Premium w/ 64-bit operating system.

Take your time and follow each step.

**Step 1**

For Windows XP
Click Start > Run and Copy/Paste these commands hitting enter after each one:
Vista / Windows 7 / 8
Click Start > and Copy/Paste these commands hitting enter after each one:

sc stop adproxy
sc stop AdpeakWFP
sc delete adproxy
sc delete AdpeakWFP


Delete these Files if found.
C:\Windows\SysNative\Drivers\AdpeakWFP64.sys

C:\windows\SysNative\AdpeakProxyOff.ini
C:\windows\SysNative\AdpeakProxy.ini

Uninstall these if listed
C:\Program Files (x86)\ScorpionSaver
C:\Program Files (x86)\ScorpionSaver Services

**Step 2**

Launch Notepad (Start>All Programs>Accessories), and copy/paste all the Quoted REGEDIT below to it. Don't forget to include REGEDIT4 but not the Quote words
Save in: Desktop

Save as Type: All files
Click: Save

Doubleclick on it and when it asks you if you want to merge the contents to the registry, click yes/ok.

Reboot

**Step 3**

Potentially Unwanted Programs (PUPs)

You will need to modify your MBAM settings, if you haven't already, and want them checked for removal. By default it will scan them but will not mark them for removal.

Please open Malwarebytes.
Click the Settings Tab
Click the Scanner Settings Tab
Change the Action for (PUP) and (PUM) to Show in results list and check for removal

Run a new Quick scan and remove whatever is found.

Attach the scan results in your next reply.

**Step 4**

This is a two step process.

First run you use **Scan**
Second run you use **Clean**

Please download AdwCleaner and save it on your Desktop.
Note: Be sure to select Save as Type > All Types

Download AdwCleaner from here: You should see a Green Tab to click to download

Note: You can skip the install of the: Hosts Anti-PUP/Adware if asked

Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.

Click on **Scan** Button.
A logfile will automatically open after the scan has finished. Please attach that log in your reply.
You can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner[Rn].txt ('n' is the scan order number).

Once the **Scan** part is finished you will be able to click the **Clean** button

This tool might remove add-ons that you added by choice like Ask Toolbar.
Please uncheck / untick any items you don't want to remove.

Click the **Clean** Button.
It will require a reboot, so please be sure to close any other open programs first.
A text file will open after the restart.

**Step 5**

Please attach that logfile in your reply.
You can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner[sn].txt ('n' is the scan order number).

Let us know if that solves the issue.

Are you saying that I should input "Vista" then push enter then "Windows 7" enter "8" enter?

When I run those commands, a black window pops up and then disappears within a second. Nothing else comes up. Is this supposed to happen?

 

And as for the:

In addition, I have already uninstalled the ScorpionSaver, however the Scorpion Saver Services refuses to be uninstalled. Instead, when I attempt to, the images from the first post pop up.
