UI dosen't quite fit 800x600

Recommended Posts

I'm sure we all know that MBAM is quite offten run in Safe Mode to eliminate malware infections. Well version 2.0's UI dosen't quite seem to be designed to fit properly in an 800x600 window size. It's close, but still off enough you have the drag the window around. Since MBAM is considering alterations to the new UI anyway, I'd suggest they perhaps resize the UI to better fit in 800x600. It won't take much squeezing, since it's fairly close as is.

If you actually boot into Safe Mode, the UI will launch in a special low resolution mode designed for use in Safe Mode and it should fit there just fine. It's not the same as being booted into normal mode and changing the screen resolution to 800x600. Give that a try if you haven't already and let us know if it still doesn't quite fit.

Thanks for the replies all. And yes, using the Maximise button dose form the UI to fit properly into 800x600 as well.

Thanks for confirming that, I use this trick all the time so that I can see all the menu options while in safe mode (at least with version 1.75 anyway, but had not tested it with version 2.0x)
