Lost License .

I had to reformat my drive . Cannot locate my email with my purchase . the two companies that take orders BOTH claim they do not have an order from me . This is impossible . Trying to screw a customer so it seems . How can I ask the Malwarebytes group to look up my license ? There should be a much easier way to retain a lost license . Thank you

Sorry your had to format your computer, not sure which groups you are talking about, but if you bought it online through Malwarebytes store you can retrieve your license through cleverbridge

You should contact cleverbridge.....

If you lost your ID and License Key then send an email to: cs@cleverbridge.com

when you get the email Print it out

Malwarebytes Tech support does not have any access to, nor information pertaining to any sales\shipping\user account\registration issues.

Cleverbridge says they have no record of me . They said there was one other company that accepts payment for Malwarebytes . Digital River . Neither say they have me as purchasing Malwarebytes . Seems to me one of them has to . How can I contact Malwarebytes customer service or does it even exist ? This is nuts .

Where did you buy your copy of Malwarebytes? If you bought it from the Malwarebytes web site cleverbridge would have a record of it, As for contacting Consumer Support simply go HERE and fill in the form and submit it.

 

Not sure they will be able to help with this unless you know where you bought it from.

Hello Falkor:

 

If you ever did a full backup, while MBAM consumer-PRO v1.nn was activated, a temporary restore from that backup would have your license ID & Key in the registry.
