  1. ok, to start: I read both stickies, and attached the scanner files. My wife was constantly complaining about a slow computer, and how my laptop must be eating the bandwidth. When National Backup Day happened, I cloned her drive onto an external, then ran Malwarebytes and got a bunch of hits on it. Upon investigation, her MalwareBytes will not open, showing an error 339 code, claiming that an ieframe.dll was missing. a search showed it was linked to IE, so I reinstalled that. same error. I broke out MB chameleon, and cycled through that. same error. I ran a full scan with her avast, and got no hits. still same error. I can't update windows. the installer fails to complete. then same error. I tried the TDYSserv driver fix that one of the other threads mentioned, but that driver wasnt on the list. My darling says she hasn't been able to run MB since I suggested she download it quite some time ago, I just never checked up on it. she complains of web pages not opening, slow functioning, firefox randomly closing, and other minor inconvieniences. Thank you in advance if you take a look at all this. I'm not an electronics guy, I can barely use a soldering iron, so I dont understand most of what I am looking at. Addition.txt FRST.txt
