I have a question, i download and install Malwarebytes in the some PC but it do not access to connect the internet .

 

I want to update offline Malwarebytes and scan all PC .

 

How to update offline data for Malwarebytes software.

Hi:

 

That is not yet supported with MBAM version 2.x.

The old method of doing so in version 1.x was not secure.

 

I do not know an ETA for when a new means of doing this will be provided for version 2, but AFAIK there is a plan to do so.

Ok then if we cannot download an offine installer any longer for Malware 2.x.

If i update one PC with latest malware signitures what files do i copy across from one PC to another to update second Computer.

With MalwareBytes1.75 its was "rules.ref" and "database.conf" that had to be copied across.

Not sure which files, but it is not "we cannot download an offline installer any longer for Malware 2.x" but rather "we cannot download an offline installer so far for MBAM 2.x".

 

In other requests for an offline updater, Samuel has stated that it is being developed.
