Need help from Malwarebytes

Hi Guys,

I need Your Help, months ago I purchased 3 licenses, I gave one to my daughter, another to a friend and of course I kept one. A few days ago, I removed Malwarebytes and re-Installed it because I wanted the Start Up Icon instead of the Desk Top Icon and I couldn't figure out how to do it.

When I tried to re-install it and then I realized I lost all my license code information. In the meantime, I went to Major Geeks and downloaded the free version. Is there any way to get my actual License Code Information from Malwarebytes as I really want the paid version??? Thank you for all your sage advise & help.
