Executable changes names on bootup

Every time I start up my computer I see a program that is running in processes under SYSTEM in Windows XP.

The program is a couple of number and also numbers. the current one is PY4506.exe and if I kill it it goes away until the computer restarts.

Malwarebytes does not see it as a ghost or malware.

If I search for it on the hard drive, it comes up in the temp directory as well as pre-fetch.

Any ideas?
